针对制造设备及系统的监测与故障诊断技术日趋智能化、开放和网络化的特点,提出了一个面向制造系统的基于Web服务/SOAP和对象Web的多级多主体监测及诊断体系结构,并提出了其中的Web使能机器诊断主体(eMDA)、Web使能过程诊断主体(ePDA)和信号分析诊断主体(SDA)的模块结构.所提出的网络化多级监测及诊断体系结构具有模块化、可重用和可裁减的特点,能满足Internet和Intranet环境下实时和信息集成的要求,并允许分步骤构建柔性的远程监测及故障诊断系统.
In view of the increasingly intelligent, open and networked monitoring and fault diagnosis technologies of manufacturing equipment and systems, a multi-level multi-agent multi-agent monitoring and diagnosis architecture for manufacturing system based on Web Services / SOAP and Web is proposed. Which includes Web-enabled Machine Diagnostic Agent (eMDA), Web Enablement Process Diagnostic Agent (ePDA) and Signal Analysis Diagnostic Agent (SDA). The proposed networked multi-level monitoring and diagnostic architecture is modular, Reusable and scalable features to meet real-time and information integration requirements in the Internet and Intranet environments and to allow step-by-step construction of flexible remote monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
