社交恐惧:话题并不轻松 妞妞在班上从不主动和同学说话,也不和他们一道玩儿。上课时,她不敢举手发言;老师提问时,她嗫嗫嚅嚅,像个蚊子哼;课间一个人缩在课桌前不出声,郁郁寡欢,与同学格格不入。妞妞的爸爸经常出差在外,很少照顾家里。她的妈妈长年病休在家,使得她很少有机会同小朋友玩儿,总是一个人呆在家里。妞妞在家虽不苟言笑,但行为举止正常,只是一见陌生人就很害羞,躲在一旁,不敢说话。 心理卫生专家认为,妞妞的表现属于社交性退缩,由社交恐惧引起。有这种心理障碍的人,平时表现正常,一旦处于社交情境或集体生活中,就出现异常反应。例如怕见生人,回避集体活动,不敢与人说话和交往,胆怯退缩,表情紧张。
