全国抗战爆发后,中国文化界的抗日民族统一战线也迅速建立起来。整个中国文化教育界以高昂的爱国主义热情宣传抗战、推动抗战,成为中华民族抗日战争的一条重要战线。1937年7月15日,中国剧作家协会在上海成立,很快创作并演出了话剧《保卫卢沟桥》,对激励中国人民抗日救国产生了积极影响。7月28日,上海文化界救亡协会正式成立,协会联合40多个救亡团体组成3000多人的宣传队,分赴各伤兵医院、难民收容所、里弄,运用多种方式进行抗日宣传。上海文艺界也成立国民歌咏救亡协会,
After the outbreak of the National Anti-Japanese War, the anti-Japanese national united front in the Chinese cultural circle was quickly established.
