新生儿破伤风是由破伤风杆菌引起的一种急性感染性疾病,病死率高.为了降低破伤风患儿吸入性肺炎、窒息等合并症的发生,近年来,我们应用多潘立酮混悬液在新生儿破伤风对症治疗中取得较好的效果,有效地减少了新生儿的胃食管反流、呕吐、吸入性肺炎、窒息等,保证了营养物质的及时供给和吸收.现将护理体会报告如下.
