本文对应用于超大规模集成电路光学互连的计算机产生的全息图(CGH)的量化及取样影响进行了分析.在用于光学互连的 CGH 结构是菲湟耳波带片的条件下,我们对 Nyquist 和 Whittaker-Shannon 两种取样方法进行了分析和比较.结果表明,在小偏转角和高取样频率条件下,采用 Whittaker-Shannon 取样方法所得到的衍射效率大于采用 Nyquist 取样方法所得到的衍射效率.
In this paper, computer-generated hologram (CGH) quantification and sampling effects applied to the optical interconnect of VLSI are analyzed.When the CGH structure used for optical interconnection is a Filipino strip, we The Nyquist and Whittaker-Shannon sampling methods are analyzed and compared.The results show that the diffraction efficiency obtained by the Whittaker-Shannon sampling method is higher than that obtained by the Nyquist sampling method at the small deflection angle and the high sampling frequency effectiveness.
