针对热德拜油田原油含蜡量高、凝固点高、胶质沥青质高,影响油井正常生产问题,应用了空心杆电加热技术,在空心抽油杆内孔中穿入电缆并与空心杆体形成回路,通以不同频率的交流电,利用内集肤效应在空心杆壁上产生热能,通过热传导,对油管内原油进行全程加热,以提高油管内原油温度,降低原油粘度,改善其流动性。该技术成功解决了油井频繁热洗和检泵的问题,保证了油井的正常生产,取得了较好的开采效果和经济效益,对类似油田的开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problem of high wax content, high solidification point and high gypsum asphaltene content in Gedebair Oilfield, the normal production of oil well is affected. The technology successfully solves the problem of frequent hot wash and pump inspection of oil well, ensures normal production of oil well and achieves better exploitation effect and economic benefit, which is of certain reference to the development of similar oilfield.
