作为基础教育的中学英语教学涉及到学习者的听、说、读、写,牵动着学习者的注意力、观察力、毅力及兴趣、动机、情感等众多心理素质和思想道德、艺术审美等社会文化素质。本文就高中英语教学如何调动学生学习的主观能动性,激发学生的主体意识,谈几点思考:教育是以学生为本的。正如马克思所言“:人本身是人的最高本质。”素质教育正是以人为本,把学生作为教育的主体,以激发学生的主体意识为主旨,使学生成为积极主动和富有创造性
