曹××,女,36岁,农民,南阳市七里园乡七里园村人,平素体健,无疟疾病史、外出史、输血史,其住户周围近十年来无疟疾病例发生.1995年3月20日,曹某自觉发烧(体温38.7℃)、乏力,于村卫生所就诊,按感冒治疗,效果不佳.此后出现间日性发烧、发冷,并伴有头痛、恶心等症状,即于25日到我院就诊.血检发现疟原虫阳性,确诊为间日疟.按氯伯五日疗法正规治疗后,症状消失.追踪血检两次疟原虫,均为阴性.
