本文对以水合肼作还原剂由癸烯酸制备癸酸的反应进行了研究.探讨了癸烯酸与水合肼的摩尔比;反应温度;反应时间;水合肼浓度以及溶剂的用量等五种因素对反应的影响.研究表明:在前述十二烯酸的反应条件下癸烯酸同样易被水合肼还原.在60℃下,用过量水合肼(摩尔比1:3.0)处理,并在不断搅拌下反应八小时,癸烯酸的氢化可达85%以上.表明在相当的条件下,癸烯酸和十二烯酸的氢化具有基本一致的结果.
