随着改革开放和社会主义建设的不断深入,作为多民族地区的青海省,妇女同胞们也逐步进入决策管理领域,与男性平等享有政治、经济和教育的权利,她们撑起了青海和谐发展的半壁江山。这是贯彻男女平生基本国策的必然要求,也是建设和谐社会的重要内容。
