论文部分内容阅读
抽样调查9种期刊国家自然科学基金项目论文的标注情况,对项目标注存在的各种疑似不端问题进行实例解析。结果表明:9种期刊有178篇论文共标注209个国家基金项目,至少51篇论文发表内容与项目研究内容严重不符;22篇论文收稿日期与项目研究期限不符;3个项目疑为凭空捏造;同一项目在多篇论文中随意挂靠的现象较为普遍。从编辑、科研工作者、管理部门等角度提出论文中标注基金项目不端行为的防范对策。
Sample survey 9 National Natural Science Foundation of China project annotation of the situation, the project annotations exist a variety of suspected problems in case analysis. The results showed that there are 178 papers in 9 journals with 209 national fund projects, at least 51 papers have serious inconsistencies with the content of the research project; 22 papers did not match the project research deadline; ; The same project in multiple papers arbitrarily anchored phenomenon is more common. From the editor, research workers, management and other aspects of paper proposed in the paper labeled misconduct fund projects to countermeasures.
