管理会计是一门综合性的学科,其最主要的特点是具有参与决策的作用,为经营管理者提供决策支持.尽管目前管理会计在推行应用的过程中还存在不少问题,但管理会计的科学性和先进性是不容置疑的.医院应结合自身的实际情况,合理应用,不断探索,总结提高,使管理会计在医院的经营管理中发挥积极的作用.
