本文通过对影响企业纺织效能的主要因素分析,指出了我国当前企业集团的组织形式主要可分为“协调发展,独立经营”、“集中政策,分散管理”和“统一领导,集中经营”三种形式,并运用层次分析方法对企业集团的组织模式作了分析、研究.文中提出了一个企业组织模式分析与评价、决策的方法.根据计算分析的结果,认为在我国企业集团的最佳组织模式是“联营制”.
This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the textile efficiency of enterprises and points out that the organizational forms of China’s current enterprise groups can be mainly divided into three types: “coordinated development, independent management”, “centralized policy, decentralized management” and “unified leadership, centralized management”. Form and use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and research the organizational model of the enterprise group. The paper proposes a method of analysis, evaluation and decision-making of the enterprise organization model. According to the results of the calculation and analysis, it is considered that the best organizational model of the enterprise group in China. It is an “association system”.
