为实现聚变堆氘氚燃料工艺气中痕量氢氘气体组分的快速检测分析,需建立特殊的高精度气相色谱检测分析方法。与常规气相色谱相比,高精度气相色谱具有分离时间短、分离效率高的特点。以高纯氦作为载气,在不同的载气流速控制下,通过低温柱和放电氦离子化检测器(DID)对氦中50 ppm氢氘气体进行检测。结果表明,通过MnCl2涂渍改性的Al2O3的毛细管分离柱,在柱温为77 K,柱长为4~8 m,载气流速为5~15 mL/min的条件下均可快速有效的分离氦中氢氘组分。
In order to realize the rapid detection and analysis of the trace hydrogen and deuterium gas components in the deuterium and tritium fuel fusion process, a special high-precision gas chromatography detection and analysis method should be established. Compared with conventional gas chromatography, high-precision gas chromatography with a separation time is short, high separation efficiency. Using high-purity helium as a carrier gas, a 50 ppm hydrogen-deuterium gas in helium was detected by a cryogenic column and a discharge helium ionization detector (DID) under different carrier gas flow rates. The results showed that the capillary column with Al2O3 modified by MnCl2 could be quickly and effectively separated at a column temperature of 77 K, a column length of 4 ~ 8 m and a carrier gas flow rate of 5 ~ 15 mL / min Hydrogen deuterium component in helium.
