随着我国经济改革的日益深入,国民经济的蓬勃发展,各级政府机构、企业对经济管理人材的需要将日益增大。这种需要已经对现行的培养管理人材方式、方法提出了挑战。怎样迅速而又高质量地培养出大批“适销对路”的管理人材,已是一个急待认真商榷和解决的问题。回顾我们几年来的办学经过,结合调查了解的情况,谈谈我对高校管理专业改革的意见,向企业界、教育界的行家们请教。
With the deepening of China’s economic reform and the vigorous development of the national economy, the needs of government agencies and enterprises at all levels for economic management personnel will continue to increase. This need has posed challenges to the existing ways and means of training and managing personnel. How to cultivate a large number of management personnel who are “marketable” in a prompt and high-quality manner has become an issue that needs to be seriously discussed and solved urgently. Recalling the past few years of our running school, combined with the investigation and understanding of the situation, to talk about my views on the management reform in higher education, business, education experts to consult.
