自2015年《国家安全法》颁布实施以来,国家原子能机构积极落实《国家安全法》,全力维护核领域国家安全。一、积极推动立法工作,完善核领域法规体系。全力推动《原子能法》的立法工作;努力推动《核安保条例》《军工核设施安全监督管理条例》的出台;积极推进《核电厂核事故应急管理条例》修订,以及《核损害责任法》《乏燃料管理条例》研究论证工作等。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the National Security Law in 2015, the IAEA has actively implemented the National Security Law and is fully committed to safeguarding national security in the nuclear field. First, actively promote the legislative work, improve the legal system in the nuclear field. Vigorously promote the “Atomic Energy Law” legislative efforts; efforts to promote the “Nuclear Security Ordinance” “military nuclear facilities Safety Supervision and Management Regulations”; actively promote the “Nuclear Power Plant Emergency Management Regulations” revision, and “Nuclear Damage Liability Act” Spent Fuel Management Ordinance "research and demonstration work.
