从船舶结构断裂控制的现状出发,结合结构可靠性分析的基本概念和方法,探讨了船舶结构防断选材可靠性分析方法。 以船舶结构主承载件材料韧性要求作为断裂控制准则,并将材料韧性要求纳入结构防断体系加以考察,采用转变温度、断裂力学方法建立断裂失效极限状态方程,以一阶二次矩方法对舰船结构防断选材的可靠度进行分析计算。最后对该分析方法进行了讨论,指出:该方法在船舶工程上的实用性及其需要完善的技术基础工作。
Based on the current situation of ship structure fracture control, combined with the basic concepts and methods of structural reliability analysis, the reliability analysis method of ship structural material selection is discussed. Taking the toughness of the main bearing material of ship structure as the criterion of fracture control and incorporating the material toughness requirements into the structural failure prevention system, the equation of ultimate failure state was established by means of transformation temperature and fracture mechanics.
