本文叙述了乌克兰石油科学研究设计院借助于计算机数学模拟选择油井最佳生产方式及近井地带最佳处理方法的研究工作。1991年开始研制程序包，已研制出的有：酸化设计程序ACID92和用于实现该程序功能的DATA92程序。文中列出了两者各自的功能。还有堵水程序ISOL93。其信息提供相同于ACID92程序（供助于DATA92）为了计算并选择油井最佳工作制度研制了程序OPTIM94，包括各类油井的程序有：FONTAN92、GASLIF92、SPUMP93、ELPUMP93和LIFT94，上述程序中ACID92和DATA92已经过现场使用，建议用于实际。
This paper describes the work of the Ukrainian Institute of Petroleum Research and Design, which chooses the best production method of the well and the best approach to the near wellbore by means of computer mathematical simulation.
