小学科学学习以探究为中心,讨论探究问题,最终展示交流探究结果的一种师生间相互合作的学习方式。学生交流与自我修正科学认识是探究式教学的五个基本环节之一,因而讨论是科学的重要组成部分。课堂讨论是师生之间、学生之间重要的思维对话与互动过程,是一种有效提升课堂效率的教学方式。因此,在课堂讨论中有效提升学生参与率就显得异常重要。在阐述了科学课堂讨论学生参与率内涵的基础上,针对湘西州吉首地区小学科学课堂讨论现状,以学生的实际学情和教师的教学方式为出发点探寻出课堂学生参与率低的原因,进而提出了有效对策。
