本文报道了清醒正常和自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)测定动脉收缩血压的间接尾袖法。平均收缩压正常大鼠118mmHg(n=58)和SHR为181mmHg(n=58)。直接法(颈动脉)和间接法(尾动脉)测定,两者显著相关(r=0.8803,P<0.001)。结果表明,本间接尾袖法是可靠和稳定的。
This article reports the indirect cuff method for measuring arterial systolic blood pressure in conscious normal and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). Mean systolic pressure in normal rats was 118 mmHg (n = 58) and SHR was 181 mmHg (n = 58). The direct method (carotid artery) and indirect method (caudal artery) were significantly correlated (r = 0.8803, P <0.001). The results show that the tail cuff method is reliable and stable.
