利用铝合金的切屑回收好料是比较困难的。过去我们利用铝合金切屑熔化,只能得到50％的好料,有时温度掌握不好连10％都得不到。经过长时期的研究和改进熔化方法,现在已经能够得到80％的铝合金。在熔化铝合金切屑以前,先要把杂在切屑中的铁屑和钢屑去掉,然后将切屑晒干或在炉子上烘干,去掉切屑中的潮气和油污。不然会影响熔化速度和合金的质量。熔化时,速度越快越好,将切屑放在坩埚内用
