冯美瑞,女,教授级高工。1937年出生于北京市,1959年毕业于北京林学院城市及居民区绿化专业。曾任哈尔滨市城建局、园林局副局长,市政建设管理局总工程师。现任中国风景园林学会资深会员、哈尔滨市风景园林学会理事长。在哈尔滨市从事城建及园林绿化工作40多年,曾主持松花江52华里带状公园、松花江公路大桥广场、马家沟沿河绿带、太阳岛中日友谊园等大型工程项目的建设。对五色草花坛设计施工技术、冰雪园林、冻土大树移植等课题做了开创性的研究。撰写有关论文40余篇,在国家和省级刊物以及行业学术会议上发表。
Feng Mei Rui, female, professor-level senior engineer. Born in Beijing in 1937, graduated from Beijing Forestry College in 1959 with a major in urban greening and residential areas. Served as Harbin Urban Construction Bureau, Deputy Director of Bureau of Gardens, Chief Engineer of Municipal Construction Authority. Now he is a senior member of Chinese Landscape Architecture Society and director of Harbin Landscape Architecture Society. In urban construction and landscaping work in Harbin for more than 40 years, has presided over the Songhua River 52 Waring Park, Songhua River Bridge Plaza, Majiagou along the Green Belt, Sun Island Sino-Japanese Friendship Park and other large-scale construction projects. On the colored grass flower bed design and construction technology, snow and ice garden, frozen soil transplantation and other topics made a groundbreaking research. More than 40 papers written in the national and provincial publications and academic conference published.
