“自学、议论、引导”教学模式下关注学生发展与教师的专业成长,可以让教师的教与学生的学生成更为明确的参照。自学、议论应当成为学生发展的重要方式,而引导则考验着教师专业水平与智慧。自学、议论与引导分别指向学生与教师,从而将学生的发展与教师的专业成长紧紧联系在一起。辩证地看两者之间的关系,显然学生的发展应当成为教师专业成长的基础。
“Self-study, argumentative, guided ” teaching mode, focusing on student development and professional development of teachers, teachers can teach and students into a more explicit reference. Self-study, discussion should be an important way for students to develop, and guide the test of the professionalism and wisdom of teachers. Self-study, discussion and guidance point to students and teachers, respectively, so as to closely link the development of students with the professional growth of teachers. Dialectically look at the relationship between the two, it is clear that the development of students should become the basis for the professional growth of teachers.
