WBKX—1型线切割机床微处理机编程控制系统,由中国科学院电工研究所和北京手表厂共同研制。于一九八二年四月通过鉴定。该系统选用了性能稳定、价格便宜的微型计算机TRS—80I型基本系统,研制了硬件接口,配备了自动编程和控制软件。其自动编程输入方便,掌握容易,具有间隙自动补偿,图形缩放、平移、对称、旋转、编辑等功能,能输出3B和pB等多种编程格式,编程结果可显示于屏幕,也可以打印出清单或穿制出纸带。控制功能具有圆弧直线插补,短路自动回退,断丝换向处理,显示加工状态,暂停再启动,段停再启动。图形数据可用盒式磁带送入,也
