杆状病毒ODV E6 6蛋白是包涵体来源病毒 (occlusion derivedvirus ,ODV)囊膜的结构蛋白 ,ODV囊膜对ODV的稳定性和感染性具有重要作用。本文报道了HaSNPVodv e6 6基因及其邻近区域共 4 2 37bp的核苷酸序列及其分析结果。HaSNPV的odv e6 6基因编码区全长 2 0 19bp ,推测编码一个由 6 72个氨基酸残基组成的 ,分子量为 74 .5kD的蛋白质。在起始密码子ATG上游具有杆状病毒晚期转录起始信号ATAAG。与其他杆状病毒ODV E6 6的氨基酸序列比较分显示HaSNPVODV E6 6蛋白具有多个保守区域 ,包括N末端的强疏水功能区、序列中部的一个可能的核定位信号RKIW ,两个Leu zipper以及 5个跨膜区。odv e6 6基因上游的两个ORF分别与AcMNPV的orf10 8和orf10 9具有同源性 ,下游的ORF与LsNPV的p13基因具有同源性
The baculovirus ODV E6 6 protein is a structural protein of occlusion derived virus (ODV) capsular membrane. The ODV capsule plays an important role in the stability and infectivity of ODV. In this paper, 4 2 37 bp nucleotide sequences of HaSNPVodv e6 6 gene and its adjacent regions were reported and the results of their analysis were also reported. The full-length coding region of odV e6 6 gene of HaSNPV was 2019 bp, presumably encoding a protein consisting of 6 72 amino acid residues with a molecular weight of 74.5 kD. There is a baculovirus late transcription initiation signal, ATAAG, upstream of the start codon ATG. A comparison with the amino acid sequences of other baculovirus ODV E6 6 showed that the HaSNPVODV E6 6 protein has multiple conserved regions including a strongly hydrophobic N-terminal domain, a possible nuclear localization signal RKIW in the middle of the sequence, two Leu zippers, and 5 Transmembrane region. The two ORFs upstream of the odv e6 6 gene have homology with orf10 8 and orf10 9 of AcMNPV, respectively, and the downstream ORF has homology with the p13 gene of LsNPV
