《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出:“推动普通高中多样化发展,推进培养模式多样化,满足不同潜质学生的发展需要,探索综合高中发展模式。”通过查阅大量资料和实际调研,发现很多省份的这一纲要中也都提到探索发展综合高中。从近年来全国形势看,发展综合高中又有新的起航,许多省份都明确开展综合高中试点。从高考制度改革的方向看,随着“技能型”“学术型”高考模式的改革,综合高中的办学模式更能符合今后的高考制度。从长远看,发展综合高中是国家高中阶段教育改革的必由之路。
The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) states: “To promote diversification of ordinary senior secondary schools, diversify training models, meet the development needs of students with different potentialities, and explore comprehensive high school development models.” By reviewing a large amount of data and actual research, it was found that many provinces also mentioned in this outline the exploration and development of an integrated high school. Judging from the national situation in recent years, there are new sailings in the development of comprehensive high schools, and many provinces have explicitly carried out comprehensive high school pilot projects. From the perspective of the reform of college entrance examination system, with the reform of college entrance examination mode of “skill-based” and “academic-type”, the mode of running high school comprehensively conforms to the college entrance examination system in the future. In the long run, the development of comprehensive high school is the only way for the national high school education reform.
