本文对GCr15冷轧辊断裂进行了系统的金相分析,认为这一批加工处理的轧辊断裂机理大部分属于低周疲劳脆断。导致断裂的主要原因是轴肩根部机加工粗糙,直角刀口处应力集中,该处在淬火时所产生的微裂纹便成了疲劳源。其次是由于热处理工艺不当,在成品辊组织中仍保留着网状碳化物,不仅降低了抗疲劳性能,且增加了脆性。按我们提出的改进工艺对同一批锻件进行加工和热处理,结果,寿命比原来提高10倍以上。
In this paper, GCr15 cold roll fracture metallurgical analysis of the system, that a batch of processing roller fracture mechanism most of the low cycle fatigue brittle fracture. The main reason leading to the rupture is that the root of the shoulder is rough machined and the stress is concentrated at the right angle knife edge. The micro-crack generated during quenching becomes a source of fatigue. The second is due to improper heat treatment process, remain in the finished roll organization mesh carbide, not only reduces the fatigue resistance, and increased brittleness. According to our proposed improvement process for the same batch of forgings for processing and heat treatment, the result, life expectancy increased by 10 times than the original.
