目的:观察参麦注射液联合华蟾素注射液治疗中晚期癌证属气阴两虚的临床疗效。方法:将60例中晚期肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组均以华蟾素治疗。治疗组同时与参麦注射液治疗。观察比较两组中医证侯、KPS评分、的变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组的体质状况,KPS评分明显增高(P<0.05),疼痛NRS评分下降(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合华蟾素注射液治疗中晚期癌症有确切疗效,可改善患者症状、提高患者生存治疗,减轻疼痛。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with cinobufacini injection in the treatment of middle and advanced stage cancer with the deficiency of both Qi and Yin. Methods: Sixty patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with cinobufacini. The treatment group also treated with Shenmai injection. Observed and compared the two groups of TCM card, KPS score, changes. Results: Compared with the control group, the physical condition, KPS score of the treatment group was significantly increased (P <0.05), NRS scores of pain decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai injection combined with cinobufacini injection in the treatment of advanced cancer has the exact effect, can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the survival treatment of patients to reduce pain.
