丙型肝炎严重威胁人类健康,并在全球范围内流行,目前尚无有效办法预防和治疗丙型肝炎病毒感染,胞苷酸鸟苷(CpG)寡脱氧核苷酸(CpGODN)作为一类较强的免疫调节佐剂,能够广泛诱导交叉中和性抗体和细胞免疫反应,对丙型肝炎病毒感染具有治疗作用。本文对以CpGODN为佐剂的丙型肝炎生物治疗研究进展予以综述。
Hepatitis C is a serious threat to human health and is endemic worldwide. There is currently no effective way to prevent and treat hepatitis C virus infection. As a class of CpG ODN, Of immunomodulatory adjuvants that can widely induce cross-neutralizing antibodies and cellular immune responses and have a therapeutic effect on hepatitis C virus infection. This review summarizes the progress of biotherapeutics of hepatitis C with CpG ODN adjuvant.
