目的随着医学模式从单纯的生物医学模式逐步转变为生物—心理—社会医学模式,临床营养工作尤显得至关重要,成为摆在我们面前一个新的任务,医疗体制的改革,保险制度的实施,相应的临床营养工作量今后会明显加大,从某个角度上也推动着我国营养立法实施的步伐加快,对我们营养工作者的综合专业技术水平,提出了更高的要求。方法就膳食营养与人类健康及长寿关系,从古至今我国民众对营养的逐步认识以及新修定的居民平衡膳食指南、宝塔设计,人文、周到的叙述,对人们今后健康状态的促进作用和在此基础上独到的临床治疗作用及应用发展景观给一阐述。结论再次启发人们成为真正维护健康的使者并需为之进一步作出我们最基础实际的贡献。
