上海东方国信工业楼扩建工程为一带2层超长地下室的单体建筑,采用框架核心筒结构体系。地下1层为板柱体系,局部核六级人防。详细介绍了该结构分析与设计的有关内容,包括桩基选型、结构抗侧力体系、相关的特殊构造措施。主体框筒仅35m高,对高宽比小于1的框筒结构进行了静力弹塑性分析。分析结果表明,地震作用下最不利楼层较常规框筒结构下移;大震作用下,在框架梁进入塑性的情况下,竖向构件依然保持弹性。
Shanghai Oriental Guoxin Industrial Building expansion project is a 2-storey long basement of the single building, using the framework of the core tube structure system. Underground 1 layer for the column system, local nuclear civil air defense. The contents of the structural analysis and design are introduced in detail, including the selection of pile foundation, the structural lateral resistance system and the related special structural measures. The main frame tube is only 35m high, and the static elasto-plastic analysis of the frame tube structure with the aspect ratio less than 1 is carried out. The analysis results show that the most unfavorable floor under earthquake is lower than the conventional frame-tube structure. Under the action of large earthquake, the vertical members remain elastic with the frame beam entering into plasticity.
