香港与深圳的合作已形成了新的“三点一线”形式,即以深圳为前店,以内地为加工基地,利用香港的后勤服务如运输、通讯、直接向海外出口。 近两年来,随着特区投资环境的日益改善,香港大财团和跨国公司越来越看好一河之隔、正在迅速崛起的深圳特区。香港长江实业(集团),和记黄埔、香格里拉集团、新鸿基集团、东如投资有限公司、香港熊谷组集团、八佰伴集团、香港港华集团等纷纷来深投资,开发新项目。
The cooperation between Hong Kong and Shenzhen has formed a new “three-point and one-line” approach. That is, Shenzhen is a front-line business and the mainland is a processing base. Hong Kong’s logistics services such as transportation and communications are directly exported to overseas. In the past two years, with the improvement of the investment environment in the SAR, the Hong Kong consortia and multinational corporations have become increasingly optimistic about the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, where a river flows and is rapidly emerging. Hong Kong Cheung Kong (Holdings), Hutchison Whampoa, Shangri-La Group, Sun Hung Kai Group, East Investment Limited, Hong Kong Kumagai Group, Yaohan Group, Hong Kong and China Group have come to Shenzhen to invest in the development of new projects.
