教学目标分类学01版在修改、完善原版的基础上,对知识的认知过程、教学目标、教学活动、结果评估等进行了详细的分析,对我国的教学改革具有较强的指导意义。本文在论述了教学目标分类学01版的主要内容及对我国教学改革的指导意义后,根据其对我国教学改革的指导意义来审视我国法学教育的现状,发现我国的法学教育、教学中存在的不足,并针对这些不足提出改革与完善的建议。
On the basis of revising and perfecting the original version, the teaching target taxonomy 01 has a detailed analysis on the cognitive process, teaching objectives, teaching activities and result evaluation of knowledge, which is of great guiding significance to the teaching reform in our country.
