氢化可的松注射液用于静脉滴注,系用乙醇作溶剂,含醇量为47~55%。含醇量过高会刺激血管内壁,含醇量低,则注射液中可的松易析出。《中国药典》1985年版采用气相色谱法测定含醇量。乙醇的浓度和相对密度密切相关,通过相对密度的测定(比重瓶法),查表可知含醇量。氢化可的松注射液中氢化可的松的含量很少,每毫升仅5mg,此溶质对乙醇的相对密度影响甚微,这样通过直接测定注射液的相对密度,查表可得近似的含醇量。我们对市售的六批样品用药典法和比重瓶法直接测定注射液
