李烈,女,1954年生于北京。现任北京第二实验小学校长,特级教师,北京市教育学会常务理事,全国小学数学学会理事。李烈常想,当今成长中的孩子最需要什么?他们最需要像甘露一样的来自老师的爱,最需要一个宽松的、“支持性”的氛围。因此,在她的带领下,北京第二实验小学确定了“双主体”育人办学思路,即:学校教育工作教师是主体,学习活动中学生是主体。
