这次培训根据《甘肃省教育厅关于组织实施2014年首批“金色教苑”乡村教师影子实践研修项目的通知》文件精神,按照“如影随形”的研修方式,参训教师在基地学校——兰州市七里河区安西路小学参加培训。培训形式主要有参观、听课评课、听讲座三种。一、在参观中感受,在感受中震撼我们参观了安西路小学、敦煌路小学、兰炼一小、七里河区王官营中心小学的校园文化建设、大课间活动和社团活动,下面分别就印象最深刻的谈一谈。
