随着信息技术的快速发展,知识信息赖以贮存的载体和传播的方式发生了翻天覆地的变化。作为人类知识信息的保存和服务主体,现代图书馆的资源形态正日益多元化,信息资源建设是图书馆信息服务工作的基础。当前,中小学校正是由传统图书馆向数字图书馆和复合型图书馆转变的快速发展时期,面对现代信息技术的发展以及由此而引起的图书馆内外环境的改变。是广大师生学习文化资源的平台。中小学校图书馆应利用先进的软硬件设施为读者提供全方位、全程性、多元化的文献信息服务。
