法乐四联症中冠状动脉畸形的发生率为5~19%。血管造影目前仍是术前诊断的唯一方法。本研究对二维超声心动图(2DE)诊断法乐四联症中冠状动脉畸形的能力及准确性进行评价。方法研究对象为45例患者,年龄0.1~20.5(平均5.7±4.3)岁,均经2DE 和多普勒超声心动图检查,并由心导管检查和心血管造影证实为法乐四联症。入院后行2DE检查,观察冠状动脉分支类型以及是否存在由左或右冠状动脉发出、越过右室流出道的分支血管。A 组双侧2DE 检查在心导管检查和心血管造影之前进行,B 组23例则在之后进行。超声心动仪选用 HP 77020AC 相控
Tetralogy of Fallot in the incidence of coronary artery malformations 5 to 19%. Angiography is still the only method of preoperative diagnosis. This study evaluated the ability and accuracy of two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) to diagnose coronary artery deformities in Tetralogy of Fallot. METHODS: Forty-five patients aged 0.1 to 20.5 years (mean 5.7 ± 4.3 years) were examined by 2DE and Doppler echocardiography and confirmed as tetralogy of Fallot by cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular angiography. After admission, 2DE examination was performed to observe the type of coronary artery branches and whether there were branch vessels which were emanating from the left or right coronary artery and crossing the right ventricular outflow tract.
