目的:观察不同的中枢烟碱受体亚型在学习、记忆中的作用。方法:小鼠被动回避性反应试验,包括跳台试验和避暗试验,大鼠海马脑片CA1区长时程突触增强(LTP)效应。结果:六烃季铵(C_6)和Kappa-银环蛇毒素(κ-BTX)明显抑制小鼠被动回避条件反应的获得,且κ-BTX的作用有量效关系。κ-BTX 1μmol·L~(-1)抑制大鼠海马脑片CA1区LTP形成(P<0.05),但不影响正常突触传递,也不影响LTP维持。结论:中枢烟碱受体与学习记忆有关,对κ-BTX敏感的中枢烟碱受体亚型在学习记忆中起重要作用。
Objective: To observe the role of different CNS subtypes in learning and memory. Methods: Passive avoidance test in mice, including jumping test and dark-avoidance test, and long-term synaptic enhancement (LTP) in CA1 area of rat hippocampal slices. Results: Hexachloroquaternium (C_6) and Kappa-bungarotoxin (κ-BTX) significantly inhibited the passive avoidance response in mice, and the effect of κ-BTX was dose-effect relationship. κ-BTX 1 μmol·L -1 inhibited LTP formation in hippocampal CA1 region of rat hippocampal slices (P <0.05), but did not affect normal synaptic transmission and did not affect LTP maintenance. CONCLUSION: Central nicotinic receptors are associated with learning and memory, and central nicotinic receptor subtypes sensitive to κ-BTX play an important role in learning and memory.
