辽宁省卫生局和医药局于1982年3月6～9日在沈阳主持召开了脑复康鉴定会。参加会议的有东北三省、市有关生产科研、临床、药检及领导部门共30个单位的66名代表。脑复康是一种新型促思维记忆药。化学名称为1-乙酰胺基-2-酮-吡咯烷。该药国外药理报道可促进大脑对磷脂和氨基酸的利用,增强大脑对蛋白质的合成;促进大脑半球经由胼胝体的信息传递,提高学习与记忆能力,可改善各种类型的脑缺氧以及物理、化学因素所造成的脑损伤。
