针对路面水泥混凝土进行室内冻融试验研究,混凝土配合比采用0.40、0.44和0.48等3个水灰比,混凝土含气量控制为1.6%、3.0%、5.0%和7.5%,冻融循环后对混凝土的相对动弹性模量、质量变化率、抗压强度、弯拉强度等指标进行了分析,探讨了强度等级和含气量对混凝土冻融损伤的影响。并对现有冻融评价指标进行修改,建议增加弯拉强度损失率作为路面水泥混凝土冻融评价指标。
According to the indoor freezing and thawing test of pavement cement concrete, the concrete mix ratio is 0.40, 0.44 and 0.48, and the water content of concrete is 1.6%, 3.0%, 5.0% and 7.5% respectively. After freeze-thaw cycle, The relative dynamic elastic modulus, mass change rate, compressive strength and flexural strength were analyzed. The effect of strength grade and gas content on concrete freeze-thaw damage was also discussed. And the existing freeze-thaw evaluation index is modified, it is recommended to increase the loss rate of bending strength as the evaluation index of freeze-thaw cement concrete pavement.
