以后注浆灌注桩用13Cr钢管为研究对象,研究了在不同温度、不同CO_2分压和不同Cl~-浓度下钢管的腐蚀行为,并分析了其腐蚀机理。结果表明,在温度为180℃、CO_2分压为3MPa以及Cl~-浓度为100000mg/L时,钢管的腐蚀速率达到最大0.08 mm/a时,仍然保持着良好的耐腐蚀性能;Cr元素主要以Cr_2O_3形式存在于表面钝化膜中,在表面富集Cr_2O_3后可有效降低腐蚀速率。
In the future, the corrosion behavior of steel pipe under different partial pressure of CO 2 and different Cl ~ - concentration was studied by using 13Cr steel tube as the research object. The corrosion mechanism was also analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe was maintained at a maximum of 0.08 mm / a when the temperature was 180 ℃, the partial pressure of CO_2 was 3 MPa and the Cl ~ - concentration was 100000 mg / L. The Cr The form of Cr 2 O 3 exists in the surface passivation film. The enrichment of Cr 2 O 3 on the surface can effectively reduce the corrosion rate.
