目的:观察补肾活血中药联合甲钴胺片干预眼压控制后青光眼视功能损害的效应。方法:眼压控制后青光眼患者120例,按就诊先后次序随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组给予杞菊地黄丸、复方丹参片及弥可保片,对照组给予甲钴胺片,连续用药六个月,观察疗效,1年后进行随访。结果:试验组总体疗效、总有效率及显效率与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组优于对照组,两组闭角型(primary closed-angle glaucoma,PCAG)患者总体疗效均优于开角型(pimary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血中药联合甲钴胺片治疗眼压控制后青光眼疗效优于单纯甲钴胺片组,闭角型患者疗效优于开角型。一年随访,补肾活血中药联合甲钴胺片疗效稳定。
Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen Huoxue combined with mecobalamin on the impairment of visual function in glaucoma after intraocular pressure control. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with glaucoma after intraocular pressure control were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of their treatment. The experimental group was administered Qiju Dihuang Pill, Fufang Danshen Tablet and Mi-Ke-Pian Tablet. The control group was given methylcobalamin tablets, Six months, observe the effect, follow-up after 1 year. Results: The total effective rate, total effective rate and markedly effective rate in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01). The experimental group was better than the control group. The patients in the two groups with primary closed-angle glaucoma (PCAG) The overall curative effect was better than that of open angle angucoma (POAG) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Bushen Huoxue combined with mecobalamin on glaucoma after IOP is better than that of mecobalamin alone. The effect of angle closure is superior to that of open angle. One year follow-up, Bushen Huoxue combined with mecobalamin tablets stable.
