武汉生物制品研究所是中南五省最大的生物制品生产及研究单位,年需蒸汽量较大,现有各类大小链条炉多台。近几年来,随着生产和科研的不断扩大,供热量逐年增加,煤耗量也相应增大,但所供燃煤煤质却逐年下降。因此,冬季常出现锅炉燃烧不稳定、出力不足,影响正常供汽,由此促使我们对低质煤的燃烧进行了初步研究。
Wuhan Institute of Biological Products is the largest of five provinces in Central South China’s biological products production and research unit, a large amount of steam required, the existing large and small chain furnace of various sizes. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of production and scientific research, the amount of heat supplied has been increasing year by year, and the amount of coal consumed has also increased correspondingly. However, the amount of coal supplied for coal has been declining year by year. Therefore, the boiler often appears in winter unstable combustion, lack of output, affecting the normal supply of steam, which prompted us to conduct a preliminary study of the combustion of low quality coal.
