采用载体定量杀菌试验和模拟现场试验,以观察微波与苯扎溴铵复方消毒液联用对外科手术器械快速消毒与灭菌的效果。结果,以含200mg/L苯扎溴铵的复方消毒液与650W微波(约95℃)联合作用3min,对不锈钢片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的杀灭率均为100%,作用4min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率达100%。定性检测表明,以含200 mg/L苯扎溴铵的复方消毒液与650W微波(110℃)联合作用5min,可使器械达到灭菌。微波与苯扎溴铵复方消毒液联用是一种对器械快速灭菌方法。
Quantitative bactericidal test and field test were used to observe the effect of microwave and benzalkonium bromide compound disinfectant on the rapid disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments. The results showed that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on the stainless steel plate was 100% with the compound disinfectant containing 200mg / L benzalkonium bromide and 650W microwave (about 95 ℃) for 3min, The killing rate of B. subtilis black mutant spores was 100% after 4 minutes. Qualitative tests showed that the disinfection solution containing 200 mg / L benzalkonium bromide combined with 650W microwave (110 ° C) for 5 minutes can sterilize the device. Microwave and benzalkonium bromide compound disinfectant combination is a rapid sterilization method of instruments.
