根据现有钻具力学分析方法和斜直井钻具的实际工作状态 ,建立了斜直井下部钻具力学分析模型 .该模型除考虑井下各种外载荷和上下边界条件外 ,还考虑了钻具与井壁的初始间隙和随机接触摩擦状态 ,用空间梁单元和多向接触摩擦间隙元进行求解 ,为分析斜直井钻具的受力变形提供了一种实用的计算方法 .现场应用表明 :理论方法和所设计的稳斜钻具组合 ,能够满足斜直井井眼轨道控制的要求 .
According to the existing methods of mechanical analysis of drilling tools and the actual working status of straight-hole drilling tools, the mechanical analysis model of the lower-hole drilling tools is established.
