20世纪中叶《威尼斯宪章》的颁布,指导和推动了国际历史文化遗产保护运动健康、深入地展开,本文在对此作了简要回顾后,重点分析介绍了历史园林保护的国际文件——《佛罗伦萨宪章》,并就中国历史园林保护政策以及历史园林保护应遵循的原则进行了探讨和阐述。文章最后以浙江绮园为例,针对该园的现状,根据国内外历史园林保护的原则,结合实际情况提出保护整治的意见。
The promulgation of the Venice Charter in the mid-20th century has guided and promoted the healthy and in-depth development of the international historical and cultural heritages. After a brief review of this issue, the paper mainly analyzes and introduces the international documents on the protection of historic gardens - “Florence Charter ”, and discussed and expounded the principle of the historical garden protection policy of China and the historical garden protection. In the end, the paper takes Zhejiang Qiyuan as an example, aiming at the status quo of the park, according to the principle of historical garden protection both at home and abroad, puts forward the opinion of protecting and rehabilitating according to the actual situation.
