介绍了宽尾墩联合消能工在百色水利枢纽的研究和应用：（１）采用宽尾墩—中孔—消力池联合消能工的试验研究和水力计算；（２）采用宽尾墩—阶梯式坝面（坝面消能）—消力池联合消能工的试验研究。
The research and application of the combined tail-flaring pier energy dissipater in Baise Hydro-junction are introduced: (1) The experimental study and hydraulic calculation of the combined tail-flaring pier-middle hole-stilling pool dissipater are carried out; (2) Stepped Dam Surface (Dam Energy Dissipation) - Experimental Study on Combined Energy Dissipator in Stilling Basin.
