本文叙述了R-磷钼酸盐的制备及其催化性能的表征。利用气相色谱法和红外光谱—程序升温脱附法(FTIR-TPD),测定了不同制备条件下,R-磷钼酸盐的固体酸性质(酸量、酸类型和酸强度),结果表明,当R含量不同,其固体酸性质也不同,通过控制R含量可能调节R-磷钼酸的固体酸性质。利用R-磷钼酸盐作为固体酸催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的酯化反应表明,当R-磷钼酸盐的表面呈L酸较大时,酯化率就较高,这与固体酸性的测定结果是一致的,R-磷钼酸盐对合成DOP的酯化反应有较好的催化性能,在较低的反应温度下酯化率与收率分别为99%和95%,是一类有应用前景的固体酸催化剂。
This article describes the preparation of R-phosphomolybdate and its catalytic characterization. The solid acid properties (acidity, acid type and acid strength) of R-phosphomolybdate under different preparation conditions were determined by gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy-temperature programmed desorption (FTIR-TPD) When the R content is different, the solid acid properties are also different. By controlling the R content, it is possible to adjust the solid acid property of the R-phosphomolybdic acid. The esterification of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) with R-phosphomolybdate as a solid acid catalyst showed that when the surface of R-phosphomolybdate was L-acid, the esterification rate was higher , Which is consistent with the determination of the solid acidity. The R-phosphomolybdate has good catalytic performance for the esterification of DOP. The esterification rate and the yield of the DOP ester at the lower reaction temperature are 99% and 95%, is a kind of promising solid acid catalyst.
