2013年7月12日至14日,由鞍山市音乐家协会、鞍钢文联主办的鞍山市歌曲创作与传播研讨会,在辽宁音乐家鞍钢创作基地隆重举行。中国音乐家协会分党组成员、副秘书长、《歌曲》常务副主编、著名作曲家田晓耕,中国音乐文学学会常务副主席、著名词作家宋小明,著名词曲作家秦咏诚、范哲明、胡宏伟、李延忠、马登第、赵严华、平安俊等出席了会议。辽宁省音乐家协会副主席、秘书长汪敏应邀出席会议。鞍山市委常委、宣传部长王守卫,原鞍山市人大副主任王公聚,鞍山钢铁集团公司党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席王延绵等 From July 12 to July 14, 2013, Anshan City Song Creation and Dissemination Symposium, sponsored by Anshan Musicians Association and Anshan Iron-literary Federation, was held at the Ansteel creation base of Liaoning musician. Chinese Musicians Association sub-party members, deputy secretary-general, “song” executive vice editor, famous composer Tian Xiaogong, executive vice president of Chinese Music and Literature Society, famous writer Song Xiaoming, famous songwriters Qin Yongcheng, Fan Zheming, Hu Hongwei, Li Yanzhong, Madden Di, Zhao Yanhua, Ping Anjun attended the meeting. Liaoning Province Musicians Association Vice Chairman, Wang Min Secretary-General was invited to attend the meeting.
